Terri‘s practice specializes in custom residential design. Her work includes both new construction and renovation/addition projects. She respects her client’s resources, both their time and their capital, and designs each home to suit each client’s unique wishes, individual site potential, and budget considerations.  Terri specializes in shore construction, where space is at a premium, views are paramount, and hurricane construction techniques are a requirement. She utilizes every inch of space, making her designs flexible and practical, as well as beautiful.
