What they say:

This may be the best compliment I have ever received:

“…..even if Terri asked me to let a

pack of wild dogs into my house, I

would have to say yes.  She did

 an amazing job.”

Margate Beach House with Pool

Project Description

This beautiful and spacious Margate home, on an oversized lot complete with pool,  is large enough for the entire extended family to come and stay. The large inviting covered  front porch leads into a spectacular Great Room with a gourmet kitchen. There is a separate entry for the pool area with its own bath. The study/guest room with bath and the laundry room round out the first floor. The second floor wrap around deck offers views of the pool below as well the ocean beyond. In addition to the master bedroom, the second floor also has another three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Every bedroom has views to the water and access to an outdoor space. One more bedroom and full bathroom can be found on the third floor, along with one of the  best spaces in the house – the huge  loft.

What they say:

Our decision on which architect to hire was easy … Terri designed the houses we admired most.  From the outset, she was a calming influence.  She asked questions that allowed us to think about and describe our likes and dislikes and what we wanted from our summer retreat.  We  appreciated her dedication to the project and her attention to detail.  Having her as a liaison and our advocate with the builder and various contractors proved to be an important asset and relief for us.   Her involvement made this a memorable and rewarding experience, one that we now wholly recommend. My family enjoyed its first full summer in our new house.  It is everything and more that we dreamed it to be.

new england cottage in margate

Project Description

This New England Cottage is actually located in Margate, NJ.  Built on the footprint of the existing structure, this new beach house, completed in 2007, has an inviting open first floor plan. The dining room, in stage center, sits under a barrel vault ceiling. Beautiful open stairs lead to the next level. The second floor boasts not one, but two master bedroom suites, along with two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. The third floor completes the home with yet another bedroom suite and a large playroom. The exterior feels cozy with its stone façade, shingle style siding, and craftsman designed columns. The house graced the cover of the February/March issue of From House to Home magazine.

What they say:

“Our vision of a “beach cottage” was delivered above and beyond our expectations. No one can believe how spacious and functional this house is, sitting on our original lot. Our family loves and utilizes every room. Working with Terri was truly a pleasure, and her ability to take a concept to fruition was superb. Thanks again for a job well done!”
